Due to upcoming weather forecast, we have decided that the Outdoor Worship will be CANCELLED this Sunday, October 25th. We doubt anyone will complain. 🙂 If you want to attend the Indoor services, you will not be turned away. The 8:30 service has been very lightly attended and there is plenty of room. The 10:30 service has been averaging about 35 people. If we do have more than 45 people show up, we will set up chairs in the Fellowship Hall, which will still allow us room to spread out.
Some other important notes about Sunday:
- Estimate-of-Giving Cards – We are asking that everyone return these cards by this Sunday. If you don’t plan to attend in person, you can also mail them in. These cards help our council finalize the budgeting process.
- Reformation Sunday – It is tradition in the Lutheran Church to wear red this coming Sunday in honor of Reformation Sunday. Red is the color of the Holy Spirit and we remember how the Holy Spirit moved in mighty ways through Martin Luther around this time 500 years ago.
- You’ll find Sunday’s bulletin attached and it has several other announcements in it.
