On this day we will be engaging in the ELCA’s annual day of service. We will be meeting at Christ Lutheran Church after the late service and be putting together Blessing Baskets for the teachers and staff of Heights High School. We will have jobs for people of all ages and abilities, including baking cookies, writing notes, drawing pictures, and assembling care packages. It should be a laid back, family-friendly atmosphere. All you need to bring is a few dollars to help cover the cost of pizza. Crafting supplies (scissors, fancy paper, fancy paper cutters, tape, etc) would also be welcome.
