To help celebrate the Reformation and the marvelous works of art inspired during that time, Christ Lutheran will be hosting an Art, Imagination & Faith Night. This will be an opportunity for anyone to present, display, and share a little of their own original faith-based artwork. We will have a short time of learning about Reformation-era art, but then we will quickly move to congregation members & friends who are willing to share their own artwork. These original pieces can be paintings, drawings, sculptures, songs, performances, poetry, dramatic readings, needlework, woodworking…pretty much anything that uses your God-given artistic gifts to share your faith and let your light shine. You’ll be able to share and explain as much or as little as you’d like. It is open for any and all ages to display their works and if you have artistic friends, feel free to invite them to participate as well.
