Do you play disc golf? Would you like to learn how? Would you just like to walk around a beautiful park with other church folks for an hour or two?
We are currently planning a Christ Lutheran Disc Golf Outing at Hap McClean Park in Park City. There is no experience necessary, and we will hopefully have enough discs for anyone who wants to try it. (If not, we can share.) We will be meeting on Memorial Day, Monday, May 28 at 9:00am at Hap McClean Park to play their 18-hole disc golf course. You’ll want to wear sturdy shoes and bring a water bottle if its hot. The cost is free and it will probably take about an hour and a half to play. Disc golf is an activity that most ages can participate in on some level.
The start of the disc golf course is at the back of the park, near the BMX track, so plan to meet the church group there. This activity is also weather-dependent. If the weather is looking iffy, please watch the church Facebook page for possible cancellations.
