This is the season of vacations, family commitments and weekend sports tournaments. There are at least two ways to stay connected to Christ Lutheran through worship when you cannot be here.
- Pastor Chad broadcasts and records all of his sermons on Facebook Live every Sunday morning. If you are friends with him on Facebook, the Live Feed usually starts about 9:20am on Sunday mornings and is posted to his page immediately after he finishes. (If you’re not “friends” with him on Facebook, feel free to request it!) Later in the day, the video recording shows up on our website (Christ-Lutheran.org) for you to view if you do not have Facebook. Feel free to share the video with others.
- Worship on the Way is brand new to Christ Lutheran. This is basically church-in-a-box. These boxes, found in our entryway, are designed for you to take with you on vacation, travel for jobs, camping trips, sports tournaments, to visit shut-ins, etc. Each box contains instructions and everything you need to have a small group or personal worship service wherever you are. Pick up a box when you know you’ll be gone & bring it back next time you’re around…kind of like a library. We hope you enjoy this new way to worship when you’re not with us.
